What we do

AAMS is an advanced and reliable provider of client and healthcare logistical transport services across West Sussex. With our mixed fleet of vehicles including specialist wheelchair accessible vehicles, along with our fully trained and caring team, we are uniquely placed to provide an efficient and enhanced transport solution tailored to our client’s needs. COVID-19 Response

During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the safety of our customers, staff and drivers is our primary concern, and we continue to follow government guidelines closely.
Our service is already well equipped to deal with, and react to COVID-19 safely and efficiently. As a standard, our vehicles have the following in place:
  • Vehicles deep-cleaned regularly.
  • Hosted by drivers companions fully trained in Infection Control.
  • Driver companions carry an Infection Control Kit including; disinfection sprays and disinfection wipes, and antibacterial hand-sanitizer.
In addition to this, we have put in place our COVID-19 guidelines:
  • Closely monitoring the Government risk level assessment. Currently there are no restrictions on movement and so we continue to operate normally.
  • Requesting drivers and staff members who are exhibiting symptoms associated with Coronavirus to follow government guidelines, notify us immediately and self-isolate.
  • Assessing potential patients at point of pick up to ensure they are not exhibiting symptoms associated with Coronavirus.
  • Continuous communication and re-enforcement of the advice by the PHE, NHS and WHO to our driver companions and staff to help prevent spreading of the virus.
AA Mobility will continue to operate a normal service, but monitor government guidelines closely, and stand ready to make any necessary changes to protect our customer, staff and driver companions.
